Terms of Use, Refund Policy & Medical Disclaimer

Life Force follows a transparent and structured refund policy based on the treatment plan, treatment stage, and the patient's location. Refunds may be applicable before or during treatment, subject to defined timelines, consultation charges, and the status of medicine dispatch. As treatments are personalized, certain deductions apply, and full refunds are not guaranteed. Terms may change without prior notice.

Risk-Free Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied after 6 weeks of treatment, you may return the medicine bottle and any unused tablets to our office in India. A USD 80 fee will be deducted towards shipping and handling, and the remaining amount will be refunded, provided the medicine parcel is received within 8 weeks. No specific outcome is assured within six weeks. Renewal patients are not eligible for this policy.

Cancellation Before Medicine Dispatch (Outside India)

Charges vary due to payment gateway, credit card, and banking processing fees.

Cancellation Before Medicine Dispatch (India)

• 4 Months — ₹1,000
• 8 Months — ₹1,500
• 12 Months — ₹2,000
• 24 Months — ₹2,500
• 36 Months — ₹3,000

Cancellation After Medicine Dispatch

If cancellation occurs after any batch dispatch:

• The cost of the lower treatment plan already used will be deducted
• A USD 100 / ₹1,000 processing and handling fee will be deducted
• Additional transaction charges may apply, if any

Validity of Refund Request

• Refund requests must be submitted before the end of the selected treatment plan period.
• Requests must be made at least 8 weeks before plan completion.

Consultation & Medicine Charges (Indicative, India)

• Consultation – Head Office (Dr. Shah): ₹5,000 (one-time)
• Consultation – Other Branches: ₹1,500
• Online Consultation & Cancellation – New Case: ₹2,000
• Online Consultation & Cancellation – Renewal: ₹1,500
• Medicine Charges – Primary Plan: ₹600 per week (1st batch)
• Medicine Charges – Additional Plan: ₹300 per week (1st batch)

No refunds on dispensed medicines.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Part payments
• Low-fee forms
• Family plans
• Special discount plans
• Coupon benefits
• Patients failing to submit questionnaires within 3 months

No refund is available on the grounds that the medicines are not working.

Refund Processing

• Refunds only via bank transfer by the account team at the head office
• Valid ID & receipt mandatory
• No cash refunds
• Processing time: up to 45 working days

Non-Receipt of Medicines

Patients must report:

• Within 4 weeks (India)
• Within 6 weeks (Outside India)

Medical Disclaimer
